Due to the competitive nature of the Flexx Bid we do not offer any refunds. If there is a spelling error or typo in your name or handle, we will do our best to confirm the error with you within a timely fashion to ensure your name is published correctly.

We take your privacy and personal information seriously and Flexx Bid will never sell or provide your personal information to others.

Payment Policy

To prevent credit card fraud, Flexx Bid may ask for you to verify information on your order before publication. Your valid phone number is required to place your order also in an attempt to reduce fraud.
